I grew up hearing and reading fairy tales and soon decided they are a very important part of a girls life. i know i sound completely stereotypical , but these have been so constructive in making me the person i am.
I'm not saying girls are frail objects who are supposed to wear lovely medieval gowns, get pricked by needles and live with forest animals. fairy tales are more than just that , they give a girl an imagination, a sense of beauty and happiness. my fairy tales gave me everlasting bliss, they awakened in me the princess who was fast asleep. my fairy tales were my friends when i had no one. they gave me hope for a happily ever after some day, taught me of the magic of love and friendship.
even today i would love to read all my favorite fairy tales instead of any novel or book. they still give me the pleasure no other literature can provide. they give me happiness and lift me up.
they are my source of hope and joy.
They are my memories , my magic.
